Casa Splendida sits on a 1 hectare plot that is splendidly flat. There are an additional 4 hectares of land available for purchase, if desired. The house sits on a quiet lane, with just 3-4 neighbors on it. The lane is maintained by the town. Access to the plot is excellent. Note, too, that an outbuilding sits on the plot. This can be restored as a pool house, cottage, studio or added to the volume of the house to make the main house even bigger. Also, power and water lines run 25m from the plot, saving you time and money for their connections.
Casa Splendida is located in a splendid area of Le Marche, with proximity to all things to do and see, sample and sip. You can walk, cycle or scooter to classic Rapagnano (bars, shops, restaurants, weekly market, etc) just 3 km away. Bustling Montegiorgio is a 6-7 minute drive.
